The word inauguration comes from the root word
AUGUR, which literally means "one who performs with birds, interprets the behavior and omens of birds, or the signs derived from celestial phenomena, or unusual occurrences, or numbers, letters, or markings"

The Polish Chronicle represents Attila the Hun's name as Aquila. Legend says that he built a castle on top of a hill north of the city of Aquileia to watch Italy burn. It is also said that Atilla was an even greater conqueror than Alexander. Everything we have in society today is present and available because of conquerors. To cite wrong in one conqueror is to cite all of them, not one is greater nor less than the other.

The Eagle lives to a very advanced age, and it is in its old age that it molts its old feathers, and grows a new coat, which renews its vigor.

The Constellation Aquilla hovers above Capricorn and Sagittarius. Manilius said, "One that is born on earth in the hour of Aquilla's rising, will grow up bent on spoil and plunder, won even with bloodshed; they will draw no line between peace and war, between citizen and foe, and when he is short of men to kill, will engage in butchery of beast. they are a law unto theirself, and rush violently wherever fancy takes them; in their eye, to show contempt for everything merits praise. Yet, should perchance aggressiveness be enlisted in a Righteous Cause, depravity will turn into Virtue, and they will succeed in bringing wars to a conclusion and enriching his country with glorious triumphs."

In essence, it is not the richest man, or the strongest,or the greatest conqueror that achieves great position which many of our famed Heroes have;but rather it is One with the ability to unify the greatest number of people under One cause, of their own free will, and not under threat of 'damnation', taxes, or death. That cause usually varies in the pages of written history, and what is written is usually not what the initial true cause was. The only thing that matters in the end is that It Is Done, and It is Done for Just cause demands that it be accomplished, not for benefit of one, but the benefit of the whole.
