If you can't handle being around drunk, druged out, crazy, violent, beligerant people.Then don't be a cop. Plane and simple brutality. You don't punch a man in the face a bunch of times when he is already handcuffed even if that officer hits like my grandmother. It shouldn't have been done. He should have warned the man a bunch of times that he would be hog tied if he didn't comply, because he could be a danger to himself and others by hitting the glass. And if he did not comply then hog tie him. Don't beat the man about the neck and face while he is hand cuffed for gods sake!! That shows cowardice and bad form. Cop had no right to beat the handcuffed dude. He could more easily cuffed his ankles.

Please tell me, what sort of warrants justify this treatment?

Lets throw it all to the wind, and say he resisted, it took 40 cops to get him cuffed and into the car. He was also tazered 40 times, shot 10 times with rubber bullets, and also had a broomstick stuffed up has a**.

Tell me how, even if he resisted as above, what he was doing in the video justified being manhandled while in cuffs?

Or are you saying that because he resisted once, he should be beat consistently up until he's in front of the judge?
