DHS Announces Shoe Scanner Technology

I think it's nice that we might not have to take our shoes off. But I think it is sad that on 9/11 the 5 dancing Israelis had traces of explosives on them and they were detained and let go. What does it say during a national crisi that these men filming the destruction of the towers had explosives on them and were released, and I have to be patted down at the airport going to see my grandchildren. What does it mean in this country when disabled individuals are molested and humilated at airports during searches during travel, but on that most traumatic day, obvious suspicious individuals were released. And 10 years later, I might not have to take my shoes off at the airport. There has been endless war, thousands killed, but no real answer to why and no end to this mess about over 3000 murders. It says, there will be no justice for those innocents, and no end to this crime. Americans deserve better. Americans deserve justice and an end to this 9/11 chapter that will allow all to live in peace. Perhaps Mr. Cheney will enlighten us with more information befor he passes out of the light. Maybe it will be former President Bush. But our new and best President will give us closure. Can President Obama do this?
If not maybe I will have to be happy that I can keep my shoes on at the airport.

My six year old daughter doesn't mind having her vagina groped by that nice black lady at the airport (I think she's actually starting to enjoy it), but having to take her shoes off was really freaking her out.
