Ugh. I feel you on the vibrations thing.
It's driving me insane. I keep meditating, trying to just "integrate" it, and can't seem to. All I ever feel are the vibrations - and it's gone from a super rapid light vibration to more of a heavy wave (still fast, but not as light and fluttery).
The ear tones have been much less, though, for me.
I wish whatever's going to happen would just happen, because I hate to think of another 10 years all vibratey like this. Normal would be nice for a while.
