Unfortunately it looks as though gold will be down at least $40 by the time NY opens and silver possibly as much as $1. Sucks.

Anyone notice PM's sell offs start at the london open and then continue with the NY open then buying before the close and after.

Your going to go crazy watching gold from here on out. Jim Sinclair said it would have $100 moves up and down at this stage. As usual, he doesn't disappoint. He says the volatility is just going to get worse. He coined Kenny Adams "hard chop" to describe where we are.

I guess he was mainly talking about a bit more "normal" $100 moves though. What we are seeing here is extreme force from outside. I don't think anyone could imagine that before (maybe he was ingenious enough though ;)). Once yes, but not like 3 times in a row?

I find myself still thinking "no way this is gonna happen again now" way too often. I have to get away from this. This market is so rigged, anything could happen at any time. They have unlimited free money (especially thanks to Fed's 0% rate), so they could take down Silver to $0 if they REALLY REALLY wanted. It doesn't matter what the real market is doing or whether the asset is scarce as hell, with paper they can just overrule any reality.

They couldnt take it down that low. All the physical would disappear. Gold is going to explode to 2000 very soon. Just wait.

Well, all I know is that if "they" took the paper price down to low levels companies like Apmex would have "above spot" fees in huge amounts. The simple fact is the days of cheap gold and silver are gone for now. Anyone can issue paper. Few can produce physical gold and silver. Rumpelstitskin wasnt real.
