Kirsten Dunst character was so tragic, she should blown her head off for being such a lame bride. Granted, there wasn't a huge amount of character development, but I don't think we needed it. Justine - Dunst's character - came into her own in the second half of the movie, when the roles were reversed, and it was suddenly Claire who was relying wholly on her sister. It is tragic though, that it seemed Justine was ultimately willing the world to come to an end, as a result of her own melancholia. Amazing movie though IMO. Left me pretty shaken up at the end for some reason. |

I highly recommend no one PAY actual MONEY to see this film. It was Horrible. MY husband said to me... "For the first time, I actually wish the world would end" He wanted to crawl away several times, but I made him sit through it all. (hoping it would get better)  IT SUCKED PEOPLE!! Not to mention the camera movement the entire time! OMG!! |
