The beauty of this technique is anyone can do it using just a telescope, a safe full aperture solar filter, a camera that can hook up to the telescope, and a clock. You don't even need a tracking system, let alone a GOTO system. It's extremely easy to duplicate, and I'll be able to repeat this test later on as well when we enter the next season of "the sun is too far south."
