Anyone know what it could be? Nah, it dosn't move the entire night... And it looks the same in about the same position like every night I've been checking it out for the past week. First glance I thought it could be a space station or satellite going by, but then I saw it wasn't moving. So I dunno :s |

Anyone know what it could be? Yeah and since it's not viewable in the daytime it makes me think it's outside of the planet. It sorta looks like/reminds me of this: [link to create.weejewel.net] Not saying it is that or anything ha, But that's what it looks like |

Anyone know what it could be? That's my new pimped ride on its way. I ordered it two years ago, and it's just now getting close. Can't wait... I love physics. It bonds us eternally, it's what makes our computers work, it's what's in my morning cup of coffee, it's the thing that keeps the universe from vanishing due to lack of belief... |

Anyone know what it could be? i'm pretty sure it's a lens artifact from the reflector on the station. it had my eye for a while, but i watch that feed too much for it to get by me, haha. i think it's a 'newer' artifact because they've upped the amount of light that reflects toward the camera, either intentional or random chance. they did do some work or something to the post that the camera is on around the same time there was a large buzz about nuemayer. Quoting: they know who i am. I thought it could be some light reflection on the lense or something too, but if you watch when a cloud passes in front of it on the video it disappears behind the cloud and remains there when the cloud goes away. It's odd |

Anyone know what it could be? I 'guess' would be that it is a defect in the CCD camera plane itself that has not been fully 'dark corrected' out. There seems to be times when it fades out with a certain amount of 'average' brightness' of the scene or 'sky'. |

Anyone know what it could be? Well there is something going on there, because there have been so many threads about it. And its not only being talked about here on GLP. Is there any chance this is related to the object, (which is getting bigger), that is being seen in nz skies? |
