I just wanted to add my voice to the many wishing NIN a speedy recovery, and thanking you for letting this little GLP family know that one of our own needs our positive energy.

Hang in their girls, we women can be really strong when we need to be.

Ask the doctors lots of questions, don’t let them just skip out of the room, and see if they will let her have some Vitamin D3 capsules, which are beneficial in the immune system.

They studied D2 on this paper on nerve recovery after it had been severed. (This is available over-the-counter without prescriptions.)

none of your business, but since her sister is helping out, I assume all is in good hands. There is obviously family. NIN was logged in here yesterday and it was posted that her sister was helping her see the posts, so I assume NIN either logged herself in or her sister logged her in. the loggin was at 4:14 I assume MY time, since I am using MDT here. so perhaps 3:14 NIN's time.

I am on the phone with Nin right now, reading posts to her and she sends her love to all of you-- she will try to get on herself when her daughter comes tomorrow with the laptop. She's rather out of it and having difficulty writing/talking. Her bp is still too low and her fever's too high yet.

Just off phone, her daughter's having a hard time finding someone to watch the kids. It's really difficult for them-- so, if anyone is in the flint area and can assist or know of childcare or could assist them in finding a decent day care now, that would be awesome.

On the phone with Steph and she saw some of this post via a netbook someone lent her at the hospital briefly and is upset

she says

the business email she used for the donation is because her daughter didnt know how to make a new one, so they used this one and she is laid up in the hospital and couldnt make a new one, could she? Her poor daughter didn't know how to do a new one- she is NOT digging for donations she says, she is insulted by the mean stuff here. Her business has been dissolved for 2 yrs but she retained the old paypal associated with it.

Re the 'missing tattoos'- the pics of the lady with tats on the leg are KACI DeVILLE one of her good friends whom she has many many photos of and took the pictures for her former modeling agency.

Her burns and scars were from a house explosion many years ago, her entire left side was injured while sleeping-- now it's her entire right side. She is not 'begging' but is thankful for those who are helping, as this is a huge hardship.

She's upset and sad people are trying to tear her apart. What bothers her is that it's making people she DOES communicate/like question her motives. It's cruel and needless.

I am on the phone with this poor woman as she struggles to communicate these things to you all when she SHOULD instead be focusing on resting and getting better.

Shame on you people!

She's never before asked for ANYTHING and those who know her KNOW that she gives and gives whenever asked and has never bothered for anything in return.

She also keeps expressing thanks for all the positive prayers and thoughts sent to her and would like now to focus on this. However, I am writing this for her because she feels the need to set some of you all straight and I don't blame her. She is NOT a scam artist.

Just off the phone with her again-- she wants a t shirt with that fish tank doom on it. LOL. It was good to hear her laugh, even though she said that it made her leg hurt :)

I was expression concern for her children since it looked like she didn't have anyone there to help and thought that social services might have them. Anyway, you didn't need to be an ass about it but from the look from your negative karma I would expect such an answer from you.

If you can't find a silver lining then please at least know your accident brought moments of peace and unity through collective human empathy, on GLP despite the large diverse range of believers and ppl who are just on here to make crap up or start an argument.
