I never once said blue light is emitted by the sun - blue light is SCATTERED from the sun's WHITE LIGHT by THE EARTH'S ATMOSPHERE - this MAKING THE SKY APPEAR BLUE.
Quoting: Nigel Tufnel For the blue light to SCATTER from the sun's WHITE LIGHT means that BLUE LIGHT emanated from the SUN.
You know how ridiculous you're sounding? - Nobody could be this stupid by nature, you're obviously pretending to be this retarded and I'll tell you why. If people care to believe the retardation you spewed out, they'll believe retardation to be the truth and will by default become dumber then a sack of door knobs.
The sunlight that reaches us HAS BEEN FILTERED - VERY FEW BLUE/VIOLET WAVELENGTHS REMAIN. Yellow is the dominant colour remaining and we therefore OBSERVE THE SUN AS A YELLOW DISC.
Quoting: Nigel Tufnel Filtered!
ROTFLMAO -- Why doesn't the WHITE light of my flashlight filter and flash the limits of its beam, YELLOW?
Other stars are FAR AWAY, and therefore any filtering of their light is undetectable to the eye and they, therefore, appear as white (or occasionally red or blue) points of light.
Quoting: Nigel Tufnel I thought you said interplanetary space was a vacuum?
Who cares how far the stars are, a vacuum would provide absolutely nothing (ZERO matter) to filter the porker you've been spewing concerning this subject and because starlight does reach earth it should refract a small circle around the star the color of our BLUE sky and filter its way down to the surface reaching us, YELLOW?
