CNN DOING CHARACTER ASSINATION ON RON PAUL-ABSURD-RON PAUL AND THE UNINSURED

I think they are trying to point out that the guy who basically made Ron Paul a viable candidate died penniless and even left debt to his mom. Not a very good example for the Libertarian way for doing things if you have a bit of compassion. That being said you gotta practice what you preach and this is practicin.

Of course the guy had a pre-existing condition which was rumored to be AIDS and it was also rumored that he was gay. I think this is a very good example of what some people would call the failing of the libertarian model. Freedom is all well and good but when people you know start dying and leaving elderly mothers to pay the bills it doesn't make for a good campaign ad.

People who are irresponsible by engaging in risky behavior and remaining
uninsured for their health care are just foolish.

NEARLY ANYONE can purchase catastrophic insurance for health care
when they are in their 20's for very low cost.
All that is required is DISCIPLINE AND BUDGETING!

People who drive cars without auto insurance are in legal jeopardy in my state.

Why do people think it's OK for the hard working RESPONSIBLE citizens
to pay for the health care needs of the IRRESPONSIBLE citizens who choose
beer, cigarettes, gambling casinos,lavish vacations, fancy cars, junky fast food, and bistro epicurean coffee over health insurance for themselves ??????

DR. RON PAUL IS SENSIBLE AND CORRECT.

If we continue to reward irresponsible behavior....we will get more and
more irresponsible behavior....until our nation is completely bankrupt.

THEN NO ONE WILL BE RECEIVING QUALITY HEALTH CARE BECAUSE THE EXPERIENCED PHYSICIANS WILL EXPATRIATE ELSEWHERE.
