Well, as far as I know based on the Sumerian clay tablets and other references throughout ancient history, Nibiru was supposed to come by earth since 2001. This clearly didn't happen, and chaos followed after. 9-11 happened the day NESARA was supposed to be enacted which was to be one of the precursors of disclosure.
