Ain't no way!
The planes aren't EMP proof nor are the computer networks.
Quoting: Monadnock still the roof would prevent the outsiders from radar and eaves dropping, and the internal sub level 'traffic' from getting out? Quoting: doom_mood Op the only way that would work is all the openings around the building would need to be covered in copper mesh in order to have a shielded encloser in order to keep a signal coming in or going out Quoting: ducati60 All emp testing like computers ect are tested in a shielded incloser and most are made of copper.
