Ain't no way!
The planes aren't EMP proof nor are the computer networks.

Op the only way that would work is all the openings around the building would need to be covered in copper mesh in order to have a shielded encloser in order to keep a signal coming in or going out All emp testing like computers ect are tested in a shielded incloser and most are made of copper.
