Pre-nups have no bearing on the gender of the participants.

I said earlier that a civil contract between any two poeple is fine, and even give that type of union a name, but I will never agree that it is ok to recognize a homosexual union as marriage.

They can have the same sort of joint property rights, shared financial obligations and sick-bed priledges as a married couple, but it is not marriage.
