And FYI, it's nearly impossible to make money in this economy without leveraging social media, so to say we shouldn't be on FB is not an effective solution.

You'll see it under your profile, but it will disappear from your news thread or anyone else's thread. That's the point of Facebook filtering. The masses will never find out relevant news. It's called social propaganda!

has anyone tried playing with the spelling and stuff to see if they can bypass the filter and get their message to be received?

The Wall Street occupation is a non event. Under 1000 people yesterday and maybe 200 today. It is a joke.

Yeah, I saw the same problem posting items on Hoagland's page. Only my friends and I can see them, no one else subscribing to Hoagland's page can.

They are blaming it on a 'social networking'. Not Facebook, but some other one. Weren't there other protests in another country that spurred on by 'social networking'? It's probably just a lead-in to censoring the internet.
