MODS PLEASE TELL ME HOW THIS IS AGAINST THE [FEDERAL ELECTION BOARD] thanks
so why are people giving, thinking
this is going to Ron Paul's campaign
fund ???

This is nothing more than political
money laundering.

Ron does not have to report these
donations to the FEC since they were
not accepted in his name.

RevolutionPAC is listed as an independent
pac with FEC which means they can turn around
and give this money to Ralph Nader if they
choose to. Or anybody else OR ....
even keep it themselves.

this is a crock of BS.
It's a scam !!!

money laundering at it's finest.

and most people thought Ron was
different than the rest.
hahahaha

what a joke.

bsflag THUS THERE IS NO CONTRIBUTION LIMIT. NOT EVERYTHING IS A CONSPIRACY/SCAM DUMBASS
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 979481

The federal Election Board, will be investigating this scam, somebody is going to jail....

This is not solicited by RP, it is a money grab in RP's name. There never has been an allowance for unlimited donations. Someone is going to jail, this is an Internet Scam !

How Much May Be Contributed

Your contributions1 to Federal candidates and committees are limited under the law. You, the contributor, and the committee to which you give are both legally responsible for making sure that your contribution does not exceed your contribution limits. The paragraphs below list the contribution limits for individuals.
Contribution Limits

An individual may give a maximum of:

$2,500 per election to a Federal candidate or the candidate's campaign committee.2 Notice that the limit applies separately to each election. Primaries, runoffs and general elections are considered separate elections.
$5,000 per calendar year to a PAC. This limit applies to a PAC (political action committee) that supports Federal candidates. (PACs are neither party committees nor candidate committees. Some PACs are sponsored by corporations and unions--trade, industry and labor PACs. Other PACs, often ideological, do not have a corporate or labor sponsor and are therefore called nonconnected PACs.) PACs use your contributions to make their own contributions to Federal candidates and to fund other election-related activities.
$10,000 per calendar year to a State or local party committee. A State party committee shares its limits with local party committees in that state unless a local committee's independence can be demonstrated.
$30,800 per calendar year to a national party committee. This limit applies separately to a party's national committee, House campaign committee and Senate campaign committee.
$117,000 total biennial limit. This biennial limit places a ceiling on your total contributions, as explained below.
$100 in currency (cash) to any political committee. (Anonymous cash contributions may not exceed $50.) Contributions exceeding $100 must be made by check, money order or other written instrument.

you just don't get it do you ???

advertising no limits on donations
is only one offense.

another offense is accepting donations
through RevolutionPAC earmarked for
Ron Paul's campaign when they have
an independent charter with the FEC.
If they accept donations for Paul's
campaign, they have to designate it
with the FEC. They did not do this.
They are labeled as Independent.

If intent can be proven then you can
add conspiracy to commit election
campaign funding fraud.

These are 3 separate offenses.
best of my recollection.

but I am not an expert in
the matter.

yes, they did lie.

if it was a lie to deceive
people out of their money intentionally,
then it's another fraud charge
including conspiracy.

the website has not changed.
this is where the fraud would take place.

the proof will be to see how many
people went over their maximum
amount. they will have to be audited
by the FEC.

sad part is, most folks who contribute
to political campaigns do not know
there is a limit to how much they
can contribute. they are held equally
responsible. the PAC and the donor.

Oh Boy!
Ron Pauls getting hit from every direction these days. What's next?
All this proves is that the "powers that be" are feeling threatened by Ron Pauls ability to win over the people, not just repubs. but some dem. coverts, and lots of independents.

The new rules came in effect before the LAST election MORANS ... Now it is legal to raise money in a pac with no limits on contributions and spend it advertising for any candidate you want... Have you been living under a rock or what? The only rule seems to be that they cannot communicate with any campaign in any manner. In the last election 100's of pacs were formed and used for every candidate.
