I just wanted to post a heartfelt "thank you" to GLP. Thanks for getting the Observatory Project going, implementing the new Karma system (as well as other features), and most of all - just being there, and not turning into some disinfo-run distraction (like that other message board site that shall not be named).

When you live in a world where most your coworkers, family, and friends, refuse to see reality - even the smartest and most open-minded and caring of them!!! - it could give you a major case of depression.

I'm sure there are some GLP-ers that thrive off of these forums, and do withdraw from the world, but not me! Instead GLP informs me, gives me loads of insight into the human condition, helps me sort out this wacky world, and most of all, helps me make real-life decisions.

Entertaining, educational, and good on the soul!!! Thanks for being such a refreshing oasis in this Internet desert land of propaganda. (CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, BBC, and the rest of the media outlets have the same headlines on their web sites day in and day out, and Facebook and Twitter just echo them all.)

The Internet should free people's minds, and unite them for a common cause. However, it's been taken advantage of by corporations, governments, etc, and steered in the opposite direction. GLP is the exception to this frightening rule.
