The CDC: Preparedness 101: Zombie Apocalypse

There is a theory out there that the electromagnetic field around Nibiru is so strong that it will cause damage to human brains. There is one ancient and one modern(15th century) myth/prophecy about Nibiru alluding to this very case.

Why would the CDC, an agency not usually subject to humor and playful banter, place such this page on their site? Do you think they are just buying into the recent zombie hype or is there more to it?
