Obama’s deficit plan proposes changes to the Tricare For Life and the associated prescription drug program. Over the next decade, the proposed changes would cut $27.3 billion from the federal deficit. However, Tricare users would be forced to pay a $200 annual fee that would increase over time. Obama’s deficit plan also proposes several other small increases in health care costs for veterans. Read more: [link to www.thestatecolumn.com] I think they need to end "Tricare For Life" but, as Ron Paul would probably suggest, you have to do it gradually and honestly.
