So the only difference between you "owning" the land and not owning the land is your willingness to exert violent force to keep other people off of it?
If someone forces you off of "your" land, does that make it their land or is it still yours?
Quoting: Mr. Reasonable No matter what a thief does, it is still my land and will go to my heirs. By the way, I will not be forced off my land. They may kill me but they will not make me give it up. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 8836047 What if the descendants of the previous owners showed up and said "this is my land, it was my family's for generations, you are trespassing and you have to leave" Quoting: Mr. Reasonable Are you 12 years old? Do you not have any idea of how land tile is conveyed? Do you think people just plop their butts down and take it? I cannot believe that you are totally ignorant of laws regarding property. Do you have a car? A bicycle? Or any thing else you regard as yours? If a previous owner of your car demanded you turn it over to him, would you? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 8836047 My, my... testy Do you have any idea how a title is enforced? You cannot believe, yet you do... what an assumption to make Do you by chance know what eminent domain means? If so, what legitimacy does "ownership" have?
