I saw it at sunset in north florida, before the first star appeared I thought it was the falling sat. but I looked it up on tracker and I guess not , maybe its the ISS?

What is a Geosynchronous Satellite, and by the way I have been watching a very bright color changing light in the sky tonight. Does not move and I am in plano texas.

No I am being very sincere, I have seen this alot during the last few weeks, but always in a different part of the sky. I don't know if I am seeing different ones or the same on in a different spot. very bright, and you can see it change green red yellow, I only have binoculars but when I blur with them and make the circle really big and out of focus it helps me to watch it turn colors. It never moves.

i saw same thing tuesday..it was neat..seen someone say it's sirius a that is changing colors..idk hope it is and not some spaceship :)
