This is quite amazing (special thanks to great researchers for finding this). L&T
This has a very strange taste to it... the assignments especially. Read each document very carefully and reason them out.

There are 3 main documents...

1.) The initial UCC-1 lien filed on July 28th 2011. [link to img690.imageshack.us]
This .pdf has a Water and Power Alliance overview brochure on the scroll.

2.) The second is an Addendum to the original including additions... Read section 14 a few times! Wow! they want to make it clear about Men (not STRAWMAN)

3.) The third document is a UCC-3 Financing Statement Amendment filed on August 12th 2011. [link to img571.imageshack.us]

I assume this is the lien for the new debt ceiling (line of credit) recently established....

Try to start reading the Uniform Commercial Code.... it is an eye-opening experience!

This is a Huge Lien. One for 14 Trillion and one for 300 Billion....
