Done with stocks for life gold and silver and forex

I am finished trying to figure out this damn stock market...as far as i am considered if your not a high frequency trader forget it. As a seasoned trader I am out i quit forever, unless some serious rules are re implemented! gold silver and a little forex thats it for me- fuck off cnbc- may wall st burn to the ground!
