I got a few of them chasing me 10 years now, change your number and move house

register your number as a premium charge line .... then keep the fuckers online for as long as poss charging them at $10 minute ...fucking works and makes them pissed

oh .. i didnt do that because of collection agencies ... i started receiving at least 10 calls a day from fuckers trying to sell me something ... fuckin spam pays me a few grand a month now

so how the hell they keep finding you, Ive been running from 14 different debt collectors for nearly 10 years. so far so good. hope it stays that way.

I know the debt has been sold on and on to different collectors, was supposed to turn up for court plenty of times, never showed.

What i do is let them go ahead and sue me and then just don't pay. You don't have to move, I don't know about Ireland but in the united states they cant put you in jail for refusing to pay debts. I just tell them to fuck off, that they've been had buying up bad debt for pennies on the dollar trying to make the big score.

Oh, and BTFW, when our government is giving our tax dollars to bail out bankers and corporations, you can just say the money to pay off my debt went to the bailout, get it from the banks.

they cant jail you for it over here. only when they catch you and haul your ass to court, then there is an arrangement to make payments that you can afford. if you break that arrangement then you can be jailed for not obeying the courts

Never pay a collection agency anything if you settle the debt do it with the place you made the agreement with.
You never made any agreement with any such agency to even have to speak to them.

they will first have to confirm you, are infact you, by law.

when they ask, you say it might be..

then dont confirm it. ask them who they are, tell them you want to confirm their identity,
as they could be anyone, maybe someone who fished your number from the internet.

it has happened to me.. lol.

if they cant confirm you are you, they are not authorized to talk to you.

just do that every time..

they will get sick of it while you get a laugh out of their frustration.

That's a good idea if you want to get sued...

send them a debt validation letter, get their name, number who they work for and addy. tell them nothing
they then have 30 to produce the original paperwork you signed or they must go away
never admit nothing
also put in the letter they may not contact you by phone or
it will be considered harrassment
