Weird feeling + other stuff

yes like I tremble at certain moments for no apparent reason, it's weird this has never happened before, I'm somewhat excited however

Yeah OP, I've had a hard time breathing and feel generally under the weather. Doc says not to worry and to get rest.

You might be dehydrated - try drinking more water

had that last night, extreme trembling, for no reason, very of balanced at that point to, felt really "out of sync" if those are the right words to explain the feeling

i even started drinking more water, doesnt help a bit!

Yeah I don't know what to make of it, only that it could possibly be related to the ribbon of energy we may be going through plus solar activity.. strange.. I wonder if this will get worse or better..

lets hope it will get better, but the whole "out of sync" thing kinda combines with the feeling of "somebody" watching me(standing behind me) very odd

Interesting. This feeling you're describing hit me really hard over the course of like 15 to 30 minutes last night around this time. It was pretty fucking intense when it peaked, my hands were clammy and my arms felt like they were vibrating. I thought someone had slipped me some sort of drug, but it wasn't very long before I was feeling normal again.

i think the fog has something in it

Humans are energy and we are connected to all other energy. The out of sync feeling is just that affect.

Yeah... I had to shave my head cuz of the heat issues...

The light headedness is crazy.... It feels like i am losing something sorta... Like my life... I like try to grab onto reality with my mind...

I also have this tightness in my chest... I went to the emergency room cuz I thought I was having a heart attack...

They said you are totally fine...

What really is bizarre is I get these releasing tremor spasms in my legs that make me feel better but I can't figure how to induce them...

Had this sort of feeling recently too, started drinking a lot of water, cut any carbonated drinks out of my diet and exercised more. Now i'm feeling heaps better. GL.
