opana and the er version are the same exact thing other than the outter coating on the e.r. version as I think u r confusing opana er with the newer oxycontin e.r which has a substance in it that causes it to gel up all the way thru if u try to snort it regardless if u peel the outer coating off or not and however this newer type/version of oxycontin isnt going well even with legit users who are prescribed it as it is not working well at all as the gel is causing only a small % to be takin in by the stomach as the majority is passing thru the subjects stools only 1/2 dissolved.

AND BTW
Opana most certainly was used and I know everything there is to know about pain meds after two major motor vehicle wrecks one in may 1985 followed by one in april 1986 and ive been in a coma for 7 weeks in the first one and was doa by the time the ambulance arrived and There was no white light or anything like that which also reinforces my thoughts that when yur dead yur dead period and ive been on every kind of pain med since 1985 that is known to man from all the surgeries/back/knee/shoulder/ankles etc

how is it different? exact same drug, ER stands for extended release. It is the same drug coated in a substance that allows the drug to slowly release into the system. grinding it up and snorting is a BAD idea.
