This will sound conflicting but the best way to do it is smoke or vaporize cannabis. Look it up it protects the lungs and it can't cause lung cancer, this is even clearly stated on webmd and johns Hopkins studies.

Try sticking a rubber hose in your cars exhaust pipe, start the car, and stick the hose down your nose and breathe deep.

That ought to do it....
