Silent plane testing ?
Just had an aircraft fly over ahead 800-1000 feet with no
engine noise. The only noise was the whistling of the air
around it which is what made me look up. It resembled a F-86
configuration but with a high tail and the swept wings. My friend could not hear it in the garage but seen it after I
asked him to look at it.
Any clue to what plane this is ?

Re: Silent plane testing ?
I've seen three low flying craft always at night with head lights, blue and red strobes and white constant wing lights flying a regular route over our area.

The first time I saw it, it was producing a very quiet jet engine sound and was flying so slow I thought it was going to stall.

The second time it flew over my house but seemed to hover making me think it was a helicopter until I opened the skylight window only to hear it fly over without any sound at all. They seem to be designed to look like commercial liners from far away but from my house I can judge their distance and speed.

I don't believe for one instant that these are manned craft. They appear too small, too light and fly too low. They also appear too bright as if they are using some sort of display matrix to produce the wing and fuselage shape. I live in the hills so I get a good view of the surrounding valleys. They seem to navigate by church spires.

I'm pretty sure these are experimental drones - probably DARPA glass fiber models. I can't think why they'd want to fly them over my area especially at 1.30am.

Enough said.

I'm only human, it's my biggest flaw.

We must all realize a sink a chair and a pillow are all luxuries of home and a soldiers helmet takes the place of all three.

Re: Silent plane testing ?
I also saw some type of silent plane pretty close to the ground. I was walking home from school and it was maybe 1000 feet above ground and did resemble the f-86 but more like the MIG 21 Fishbed. I am a plane lover and I was very confused when I saw this encounter. I always thought these were conspiracies but I saw it. It was white for me and I couldn't make the exact shape of it(I need glasses). Anyways, it was white, small like a jet, made NO noise, and was going slow. If it was a drone, I would at least be able to hear it :/ Idk, whatever it is, its weird. whatever
