For the past 5 years I've consumed a 100% raw diet. The diet includes not just fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts but also a copious amount of raw meat, raw dairy and raw eggs.
Alongside meat, I eat the organs and glands of wild ruminants and grass-fed cattle. I also drink blood of these animals.
I ingest plenty of completely unheated, raw honey.
I very, very rarely drink water.
B/C I do not cook my food, there is no misplaced water. H2O that is bound cellularly (i.e. in food cells) is utilized efficiently. Very few waters (with the exception of certain spring waters) hydrate the body. Most waters leach minerals and disrupt enzymatic and digestive processes.
I do not get thirsty.
My health is impeccable. I sleep a few hours per night. Muscle mass and physique is maintained w/o exercise.
5 years ago, my bodily health was in a dire condition. I was experiencing severe degeneration.
Humans can be incredibly resilient.
However, very few modern humans are.

Secondly; do not buy into the bacteria theory of disease. Bacteria, molds, fungi, parasites feed upon degenerative tissue and waste in the human body. They do not indiscriminately invade and devour healthy cellular terrain.

Along the same thread of thought, virus and cancer are absolutely not what we have been told. They are innate bodily processes.
According to modern mythology, viruses overtake host cells and begin self-replicating, indiscriminately. This is not true.
Viruses aren't a problem and never were. Viruses are like blueprints (or the result of blueprints) utilized by host cells for various purposes. Viruses do not self-replicate but are manufactured via host cells (protein waste, rna, dna, etc.). Their mode of action is dissolution. Dissolution of what? It depends. Toxic cellular debris, dead cells.
Unfortunately we live in a world saturated w/ synthetic compounds and anti-biotic substances. Such materials destroy 'life' including most microcosmic life. This sets up an environment wherein some other form of dissolving agent must be used in lieu of bacteria, fungus, etc. Living agents would normally consume toxic cells, excreting far less in volume and reducing it to something benign. But there are certain industrial compounds that even they cannot touch w/o dying off.
A virus is not alive; but they are programmed in a sense. Host cells target surrounding tissue in a clean-up effort using viruses. They are like the original, all-natural cleaner. The only reason viruses are adopted by the cellular terrain is b/c we live in a processed world. We therefore harbor processed resins within our cellular environment.
Stop cooking. Do not consume processed food. Live close to the natural world. Discard as many synthetic materials as possible in your life. No more need for using viruses. They go dormant (b/c they are simply programs).
Hence, why we see so many with a so-called asymptomatic virus. They are asymptomatic b/c there is no need for that virus to be engaged any longer (or at that point in time).
How can we detoxify radiation? With foods. Avocados and oranges. Raw coconut cream. Berries. Raw honey.
Eat copious amounts of raw fat.
Raw fat is wholly different from heated fat. Raw fats maintain viability and capacity to exchange ionic impulses across the cell membrane. Heated fats are denatured and thus lose very important properties. Most modern humans are devoid of efficient cellular fat stores. Fats bind with toxic compounds INCLUDING RADIATION. Raw fats act far more efficiently.
Lastly, cancer cells are manufactured by the cellular terrain and interlaced into fibrous tissue as a means to dissolve toxic waste and dead cell build-up. They are our best friends. When you make war with cancer you make war with the body itself. Cancer was never our enemy. The mass reported deaths from cancer are mis-labeled. Cancer is the scapegoat. The causative factor in death is RADIATION & CHEMICAL THERAPY. Cancer does not kill. The treatments foisted upon the public to destroy this mythological beast are what kill. Cancer will always take the blame....

bacteria (& foreign cells et al) can be a sticky subject.... without any proof, i maintain that once upon a time a have little doubt bacteria that would vripple a person today would have lived a happy-litte-symbiotic-life with many a humnan being... until we became the pale prototypes you correectly identify... now they run amok in us!
