How many come out of school with $50-$100K of debt and wind up living with their parents until their 30's? Look at the cost of basic necessities, and how the cost of living has been inflated.... Look at the amount of debt people live with these days.... I listened to an individual on a radio interview who said back in the 70's, most families could purchase a home and pay it off within 5-7 years... How long does it take your average family to pay off their mortgage these days? 20-30 years? And then when they finally do, they find out their home is worth less than they paid for it.... |
