That is YOUR (false) interpretation.
I say that NO decent person with a degree of self-respect wants to live in a frigging tent or a shelter or their car or in some crummy place with 3 or 4 roommates!
Therefore, there is NO WAY that a decent person with a sense of self-respect could live happily on $10K a year.
Period.
