New book claims Hitler and Eva Braun fled Berlin and died (divorced) of old age in Argentina

What makes me suspicious of the government line is that: the entire theory that Hitler shot himself is based only on eye witness accounts. That is all. No forensic evidence, no body.

So for these so called historians to dismiss these eye witness accounts from Argentina so quickly and deem it ' conspiracy theory nonsense ' makes me question who they work for.

Why do they trust the word of a handful of Nazis and co workers who loved Adolf so easily?

Does it explain why germans were so interested in moving so far south? Hint-It relates to Antartica.
