All i know is that every time someone says Economic doom in imminent, nothing happens. Europe banks will fail i think and very soon and some of it will spread to the US, Greece will probably default and they'll talk contagion for a week or two, but then the markets in the US will go back up and yeah it'll probably get papered over again with digital paper. It is very possible that OWS is a set up for Martial Law, but wouldn't Obummer get blamed for inciting them. Seems like he is in campaign mode and is trying to get the far left back in the fold before next November. Last time it was the blacks, now he knows that he's lost the independents and needs the far left, all of them, even the freaks to win. All i can say is next year is going to be interesting. |

Weiss (check out his site MoneyandMarkets.com) is one of the few Financial Experts who has been consitently right in his calls on the Markets and Ratings Banks, Insurance Companies and other Financial Institutions. I trust his calls far more than most so I would pay close attention to what he has to say about the failures of European Sovereign Debt (PIIGS) leading to European Bank Failures leading to American Bank Failures leading to Credit Freezing up leading to Worldwide Stock Market crashes leading to the first Worldwide Great Depression. I don't foresee this playing out quickly rather it will take at least a year maybe two for everything to finally collapse from this point. I prefer to agree with those who have named this "The Long Emergency" as TPTB will throw everything they can at this to try and delay the inevitable, but unfortunately very Difficult Times lie ahead for all of us as we have to dig ourselves out of this coming financial collapse.
