The troops are SUDDENLY coming home in December. We can no longer afford the war or they are needed here to enforce martial law. | |

So they will probably go across the border into Kuwait and hang out there incase something breaks out with Iran. Barry doesn't want troops here because he knows most can't stand him. He has his "new civilian army" - OWS - that will soon enough be running thru the streets like a bunch of Bolsheviks taking out the "bourgoise" much to Barry's delight. |

We can no longer afford the war or they are needed here to enforce martial law. Washington will do as it pleases. Iraqi government does not have the power to "throw us out". They would have done that long ago if they could. I think we have exhausted all our resources and can no longer afford to keep up the "occupation" in Iraq. As far as the OWS, they have a right to protest and I think it is good they are exercising that right. It has definatly exposed some of the "gestapo" tactics used by American police. A revolution begins first with protest and escalates from there. Finally peole are gathering across the country and speaking out against corruption, and they are being bashed for it. I wont be holding up cardboard signs and chanting, but I am ready when the real fight begins. I think it is sad when we bash those who are exercising their contitutional rights, even if we dont neccessarily agree with the core of the protest. Im sure we can all agree that there has been devastating corruption and something must be done. Will OWS have any real effect, probably not. EyesWideOpen |

The "war on terror" is a bloody fairytale bought by most of the American public. The only thing this war achieved is making criminals like Buxh, Cheney, and their cronies richer. We can no longer afford the war or they are needed here to enforce martial law. President Bush signed this agreement December 14th 2008. It stated we would start leaving the cities in June 2011 and be completely gone in 12-2011. This was a pact signed years ago, moving along just as agreed upon. I has nothing to to with Obama, he did not engineer this, nor are they kicking us out. It is all apart of the original agreement. It nothing to do with Chinese dragons. Try to stay in reality. It is not conspiracy, just an agreement by governments coming to an end. Take your haldol, maybe get some deoncate for long term issues. We can no longer afford the war or they are needed here to enforce martial law. CNN: The United States will withdraw almost all its troops from Iraq by the end of the year, as a current agreement with Iraq dictates, a U.S. official told CNN on Friday. Only about 150 troops, a negligible force, will remain to assist in arms sales. The United States had expected that some of the roughly 40,000 Americans in Iraq would remain there to aid in training and security. But the two nations were unable to reach a deal on a key issue regarding legal immunity for U.S. troops, a senior U.S. military official with direct knowledge of the discussions told CNN this month. "After nearly nine years, America's war in Iraq will be over," President Obama said Friday, announcing full withdrawal of U.S. troops by year's end. "Today I can say that our troops in Iraq will definitely be home for the holidays," he said. Obama said the United States will continue its interest in a strong, stable Iraq after U.S. troops leave. If they weren't so determined to start WW3 soon, I would say they're bringing the home for their nefarious plans here. It's just really hard to know. We just need to be prepared as much as possible regardless |

The Iraq oil contracts have been doled out, a behaving puppet govt has been established, we have the largest miltary base in the middle east there (which I'm certain will NEVER go away), and we have had time to install a system (probably much like ours here at home) which ensures both of these continue to exist. So, no more troops necessary. |
