I thought the stars looked extra BRIGHT and INTENSE 2 nights ago. Anyone else?
Here in Florida two nights ago we were up looking at the sky and I commented that the stars looked super bright and intense. Maybe 50% or more brighter. I have never seen this before. I did not look last night.

Anyone else see this?

We noticed this thread where people in the southern hemisphere noticed the stars looking DIMMER. Wonder if it's because they are on the other side of the world?

uh YES!
As a matter of fact I posted a thread about an EXTREMELY LARGE object with a large tail field and was so intensely bright in the sky for quite some time. I even gave the coordinates in the sky--- but there was little interest.
Yes, It was a wonderful show.-- Although, that one object was gigantic-- made the other stars look minuscule.

I noticed that too. I live just south of Austin, usually the stars are drowned out by the city lights. I always keep my eyes on the sky, the stars seem to be more visible the last couple days.

I noticed that last week too. The stars were overly bright and the sky was the brightest dark blue I ever saw.

Maybe it's worth mentioning that I was tripping on shrooms at that time tounge

But it was quite a show rockon

Ha, ha - we did not have "shrooms".

Actually, I forgot to mention, like you said, the sky was an extra dark color - like velvet.

My husband says the stars looked CLEARER but not as intense.

Bill Cooper used to say you only see the stars because the water and the atmosphere act as a lens. If you are in orbit looking out, YOU DON'T SEE STARS. Look at some of the space station pictures and you will see it's black.

SOMETHING HAS CHANGED IN THE ATMOSPHERE.
