It was the satellite ROSAT, which hit Turkey, causing a 7.3 EQ or was something else??

It was the satellite ROSAT, which hit Turkey, causing a 7.3 EQ or was something else??
Yesterday a GLPer posted this link to an article in the Presscore, saying that US and European scientists are looking into a non-confirmed report that the 1.7 tons German satellite ROSAT crashed in Turkey and triggered the 7.3 earthquake:

Scientists from the United States and Europe are looking into an unconfirmed report that the German Satellite ROSAT impacted Earth in Turkey, causing a 7.2 magnitude earthquake. Seismic data suggests that the Turkey earthquake coincides with the scheduled crash landing of ROSAT(...)

For those of you who don’t believe a satellite can cause an earthquake of this magnitude check out what happened when the United States intentionally crash a satellite into the Moon and a comet in 2005. On january 12, 2005 NASA launched Deep Impact. It was designed to study the composition of the comet interior of comet 9P/Tempel, by slamming an 820-pound impactor into the comet. At 5:52 UTC on July 4, 2005, the impactor successfully collided with the comet. The impactor delivered 1.96 × 1010 joules of kinetic energy—the equivalent of 4.7 tons of TNT. Scientists believed that the energy of the high-velocity collision would be sufficient to excavate a crater up to 100 m (328 ft) wide (larger than the bowl of the Roman Colosseum). 4.7 tons of TNT can cause a 3.5 magnitude earthquake.

The article makes a unlikely comparison to make a point that a 1.7 tons satellite could cause a 7.3 EQ, because:

1. The moon has NO atmosphere to make resistance.
2. Comets have NO atmosphere to make resistance.

Re: It was the satellite ROSAT, which hit Turkey, causing a 7.3 EQ or was something else??
How come a SUV sized satellite, which was supposed to BURN in the reentry and hit the ground in several pieces, could have triggered a 7.3 EQ??? Unless it was NO satellite.
Remember that less than 12 hours after NASA UARS had entered the atmosphere, a huge explosion destroyed an entire block in Monte Grande, Argentina. Despite the fact that local firefighters confirmed it was NO gas leaking that caused the blast, the Argentine authorities buried the case with this official explanation.
I was contacted by a person from Argentina, who told me that few days after this incident was wiped out of the media, a NASA team arrived at the place...

Now, in the same day the German satellite entered the atmosphere, a 7.2 EQ occurs in Turkey... Oh C'mon...

These whole "dead-satellite-to-crash-on-earth" looks like a decoy to hide something else. TPTB might be testing secret mass destruction weapons, perhaps carried by those drones X-37B or even something worse.
