That's stupid though, because here $18 an hour is considered a not bad wage not great but not bad better than average.
But you couldn't live on it in any good way because the cost of living is ridiculous.
Clearly the cost of living in the US is lower than here.
The Bum was probably just a gambler or drunk or drug addict and blew his cash.

And what do you do for a job then why don't you tell us?
