Education should be free of charge for all - K through University. The next step Barry should take should be to actually wipe all student loan debt clean and eliminate tuition at all public education institutions, enforced through the Dept. of Education. If people really stopped and thought about how much they pay in taxes on everything they purchase, they would demand the things every normal society receives - education, housing, food, healthcare. Most who are opposed to moving the US in this direction are sociopaths.
