have you written your shopping list to the universe

i believe that one of the simplest and maybe best way to bring your intentions or desires from the mental realm into the physical realm is to write them down.

write yours and only yours, realistic desires/intentions and then put it away somewhere

has worked for me so far yet my desires were modest
