he's odd and yeah, i don't know exactly why you would listen to him, but i know for sure he doesn't try to trick anyone. in an interview with him after he became famous over the earthquake warning, frankie mentions that sometimes 'things just come to him.' knowing the severity of his autism and the amazing power of his brain, i wouldn't be surprised if he does get visions of possible futures. thank god we have the glp effect to preempt said timelines.
