When America elected our first African-American president in 2008, we had a unique opportunity to put our tragic history of racism behind us and move ahead as a nation.

But powerful white supremacists in the media - including MSNBC's Pat Buchanan - decided to fight racial progress nearly every day. And now Buchanan is peddling his newest reactionary book on racist radio shows.

At long last, let's tell MSNBC to stop giving a platform to xenophobia, bigotry and hate speech - and fire Pat Buchanan immediately.
