Federal Luminex ??? but it's a high tech phone ping and synchronizer, think nist.gov that triangulates and coordinates 'repressed data' with cellphones and satellites. That is what is contained in the first chunk of data. The rest of the data (the pink? noise) is an activation sequence. Basically the read numbers by the females active patterns of behavior between agencies and the general mk-ultra population via Manchurian candidates. A number of these agents are on shortwave (3840Mhz) being the primary frequency. If you can tune into the 'ragchew' you will notice patterns of behavior
i.e., pack mentality most of them are located near Edwards Airforce Base. One ham operator lives in the flight path of
Edwards and is the prime manchurian candidate (you will know him from his laugh) WARNING if you fall into their traps.
