Something physical, verifiable & in support of that is what we gemologists call Libyan desert glass. It occurs in several desert areas of Northern Africa & the Middle East. It is basically molten sand that has cooled into glass chips. Do these crystals exist now? Are there people who have access to their entire history through time in a physical object?

Is there some sort of 'file' that you can access after death that contains your entire history? Or is it lost unless it's recorded?

In that case, would the average joe be restricted to only knowing who they were in a previous life, assuming they can even figure that out?
