any attys out there?i have a question.....

my husbands uncle died. He was single with 1 daughter and was always changing his will.my question is...is it possible that the executor of his estate went to his file cabinet and chose any will she wanted to read? the executor is my motherinlaw and the will she read at the funeral is not the same one my husband knew abot 6 months prior. My husband called his uncles atty to ask for a copy of the latest will and he said he couldnt get involved because it was"conflict of interest".what is conflict of interest and could the executor chose which will she wanted to read? thank you for your input...
