Why does "The Muslim Brotherhood" not have an Arabic name?

al-'Ihwan al-Muslimun/Muslimin would be the Arabic term.

The muslim brotherhood is just another arm of the octopuss. That makes it a brit thing.

So then why are they not called that. All the other groups are called by their actual name i.e. Taliban, Al Qaeda (however it is spelled). The terms jihad and jihadist is used. Why is this one particular organization referred to in the english language?

OK, I am sure many of you know this but the average sheep does not. They used the english version so that the sheep would accept them as saviors of the poor oppressed people. Complete propaganda and more CIA bullshit.

Maybe it has something to do with all of the protest signs in English?
