I think you are far too optimistic OP. WW3 maybe then, but we are already in the begginig stages of economic collapse.

Collapse won't happen instantly or in a day.

I'm not being optimistic, I'm just trying to speculate how the Powers that Be will initiate the Economic Collapse and WW3 in the most believable way possible to the masses.
