This kind of thing is becoming a problem. Years ago, schools could just kick the little brats out and parents had to send them to military school. Now, the parents pursue special ed services and call the kids Behaviorally Disordered, OHI for Bi-polar, etc. and then they are protected by law and the schools can only send them home for 10 days in the year. So now the schools are filled with all these special ed kids who create havoc each and every day and the schools cannot do a thing about it and the rest of the kids suffer. Just think what this kid is going to be like when he's 10.
