Quoting: Peloria My reason for thinking this is that places such as Bedlam (just one instance) was packed to the rafters with people suffering from all manner of mental illness, the same as today...so, what was to blame for the depressions, dementias, schizophrenia of centuries gone by? definitely not big pharma or chemtrails etc. Just had me thinking. I think there have always been sick, greedy and selfish people always...that wouldve triggered a lot of mental illness for certain What does not destroy us, will make us stronger |

But I would have to guess it would mostly be from the marriages between close relatives. Up until about 150 years ago it was common to marry your cousin. That close of a DNA merge just isn't ideal for our human bodies. Side note: When did it go from Joan speaking to God and being a hero that lead the French army to someone saying they speak to God now and getting thrown in the loony bin? Am I wrong, dude? I think there have always been sick, greedy and selfish people always...that wouldve triggered a lot of mental illness for certain I watched a documentry on the Namal Tribe recently, and it got me thinking about mental illness and how it apparently seems to only affect Western people, but i haven't studied it so of course that was just my assumption. I watch a lot of documentries though on tribes etc and none seem to suffer the way the west do with their mental health. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 1666907 ![]() 11/27/2011 09:43 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Mental illness can be caused by entities/parasites that we can not see or measure with physical instruments. It's only in recent history we have denied the existence of such things.. oh hail glorious science -_- A society of unrestricted sexual indulgence is partly to blame for the infestation, as well high levels of trauma and violence. Perfect breeding ground for such parasites. |

That's why i said in my post above that it was merely an assumption as i haven't studied the subject. However, one thing is certain and that is that they're not reliant on Pharma companies to keep them "well" so if they do have incidences of mental illness within communities they must have a way of dealing with it unique to the Western world. It would be interesting to find more out about it. |

Just because it's legal doesn't make it ideal for the child produced. [link to www.cousincouples.com] seems to me, those who smoke drink and take drugs while pregnant are causing more harm to an unborn child What does not destroy us, will make us stronger |
