So Roosevelt got a memo claiming the Japanese were planning an attack sorta like how Bush got a Presidential daily brief titled "Bin laden determined to attack inside the United States."

If we can say Pearl Harbor was an inside job based on a memo then I guess the same can be said for 9/11.
