yea thats right. if you have the 24 hour notice thing in your contract it has to be honored. if they just walked in after you told them to wait they should have been the ones taken in on charges. unless the owner claims he sent you advance notice. that one may be hard to fight. even if you say you didnt get it. depends on the renters rights where you live. i used to run rentals for my father and they usually protect the renter. good luck man. hope you get them dismissed.

I agree ,they just can't walk in without your permission or giving you at least 24 hr notice.What if your fiancee had been naked when they walked in.

i did win. in and out case. the judge seemed rather shocked i was charged with anything to begin with. all i had to do was wait for the maintenance guys to get on the stand and they buried themselves. these 2 are real pieces of work. a rare breed of tard i tells ya
